My user profile cannot be loaded Even after putting my password it will show "user profile cannot be loaded as an engineer I know formatting will be the solution I try formatting with window7 professional But the softwear is also not coming up The message on the screen still remain same (see picture bellow) Pls computer gurus, what else can I do or is there any other softwear for formatting? Thank you

frainc: Disassemble ur laptop, remove d Hard drive, connect it to another system, copy out all ur files, fix d HDD back & couple of system. Then refresh (format) |
