Backup your database and wp-content folder, download it, change your nameservers to the new webhost install wordpress and upload your wp-content folder and database.

If you can't do this yourself I can help for a token.

Modified: I just checked and discovered there's no content on the site, simply change your nameservers to that of the new host and re-install WP. But if you like to keep the settings you have already made if any, use the first step.
