1. Head of School
2. Teachers

Interviews for the Head of school and Teachers will be conducted next week.
Head of Vocational school: minimum cognate work experience 10 - 15years, A first degree in Education (B.Ed.), Arts or its related discipline, Certificate from the college of education, experience/knowledge in childcare is key and preferably 5years work experience in a similar role.
Teachers: A Bachelor’s Degree or minimum HND or NCE. Certification from the college of Education and a Certification in Early Child Care Education At least 3-5 years’ of professional experience in Teaching / Training.
Effective classroom management.
Bsc in Early child care Education
Development and early / adult education theories and practices
In-depth understanding of work ethics in the school.
Understanding of differentiation in learning of the participants
Have a critical understanding of the most effective teaching, learning and behavior management strategies, including how to select and use approaches that personalize learning to provide opportunities for all learners to achieve their potential.
