How hard is it to get a customer care job. I heard I have to go through agent. I have applied. Am good in spoken English. I speak two Nigerian languages. Igbo and yoruba fluently. I studied mass communication. So am familiar with communication skill and communicating with customers. I know this is a job I can do much better. But then I need help in searching for communication companies or rather agents.
