No they will not ooooooo, they can't use 5 million Naira to buy a plot of land in Igbo land and build a business because they feel they'll lose something if Nigeria descents into chaos, that is their mentality.

Check well, igbos are the only Nigerian tribe who have built massively outside Nigeria because they believe in the "One Nigeria project" unlike others who marginalized and cheat igbos via tax at every opportunity.
