China finally buys their share of Nigeria economy after CBN and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd (ICBC) signed a deal in China. The Chinese have succeeded after infiltrating the Nigerian system over the years. I cant say its a bad idea provided it reduces the over dependence on Yankee $. My problem is this map.
