EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
B.Sc. Accounting (with Management exposure)

PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE
- 2 years Post NYSC experience in related capacity
- Preferably from an audit firm

SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Proficiency in Accounting Softwares
- Proficiency in Book Keeping, Sales Analysis & Budgeting
- Proficiency in Spoken & Written English Language
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Coaching capabilities
- Ability to be pro-active and take decisions in absence of MD
- Self motivated
- Needs minimal supervision
- Efficient Supervisory Skills
- Young and Energetic Male/Female
- Prior experience in a similar capacity in a fashion outlet will be an added advantage
- Previous team management of not less than 5 members

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- All year round Book Keeping & Data Analysis
- Keeping & Reporting all Financial and Accounting Reports
- Liaise with LIRS/FIRS
- Office Manager/Supervisor of Sales Associates
- Work on weekends: the store opens 7 days a week. (Negotiable)
- Reports to M.D.

Op, can't u just get a SSCE holder , train him/her for 4 years and install them in this your advertised position if about 150 CVs in your coffers already are not all qualified enough for ur job ? Or u just put yourself there .
