The choice is yours. Either you use your HND and assess as a civil engineering draftsperson or BSC for structural engineer. You can't use HND to get a positive professional engineer assessment.

In that case, if my IELTS falls short of 8points, then I will assess with my HND, by adjusting my job description to match that of a civil engineering draftperson. Otherwise, I'd use my BSc. Do you see anything wrong in adjusting my job description to match that of a draftperson? I have the capacity to defend it, if that's what might be the challenge.

ICAN transcript is the easiest to get. You go to Ebute-metta, pay 10k and apply.

I think it takes about 1 week or so to get.

Your proficient grade at IELTS forced me to respond!

You will need to go to the first three pages of this thread to get a summary of what to do. I am sure if you fully digest it you will have very few questions to ask and many people will be able to help you.

A lot of people will give an arm and a tooth for that score in IELTS.

You must first nominate an occupation - identify what your type of work is called and assess through TRA
