This friend of mine wants to study in Manitoba, and the school is not asking him to pay his whole fee now but the agent is asking him to pay all before she start processing his visa, so he needs advice on what to do? The agent is just like an intermediary between d guy and d sch. |

i don't think u need to pay all at once.. go to travelling to Canada thread under travel section, there are lots of experts on schooling in Canada there |
