did it display any error or incapatibility message? But you try kingoroot make sure you have a STRONG FAST INTERNET CONNECTION. if it still persist then use a laptop.the chances are better with laptop |

You‘d have to flash twrp and then flash root.zip.. It seems intel tabs have locked bootloaders. |
