JOB TITLE- Sales Manager - Property Development
LOCATION - Abuja
SALARY - N150k/Month

A real estate developer is looking for a very motivated Sales Manager to join their Abuja based team.

All candidates for this role must have proven property sales experience and will have sold houses across a broad price range. All candidates for this vacancy must be driven, enthusiastic and passionate about the Property industry.

As a Sales Manager, you and the team you are managing will be responsible for:
- Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Sending out details of new property developments on the market to people on your database
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
- Setting team targets and KPI's
- Training & Development of staff

The successful Sales Manager will:
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be extremely driven to succeed
- Have sales experience and be adept at bringing properties onto the market.
- Be articulate & well presented.
- Have experience of leading sales team
