Job Description We have several openings for Administrative Secretaries (male/ female) in various Organizations within Benin! We will cover specifics of the department during you first interview. Job Requirements The chosen candidates will meet the following requirements: National Diploma or Higher National Diploma qualification At least 2 years of related experience Proficient skill level of office software and computers Strong general office support skills required Advanced written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate and be accountable for multiple tasks required High level of confidentiality required Intermediate level of Word and PowerPoint Basic level of skill with Excel Skills You will need to have: strong organizational skills; presentation skills and attention to detail; the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines; the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload; oral and written communication skills; tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality; a pleasant, confident telephone manner; teamwork; reliability and honesty; project management skills. The Administrative Secretaries are responsible for: word processing; audio and copy typing; letter writing; dealing with telephone and email enquiries; creating and maintaining filing systems; scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes - shorthand may be required; keeping diaries and arranging appointments; using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; Creating advanced correspondence as required Independently reviewing work and assesses effectiveness of routine work assignments. Communicating with a wide variety of internal and external customers. The triage of problems as necessary, resolving issues when appropriate. devising and maintaining office systems; Salary (negotiable) Job Location Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Working hours workings hours are officially between 8.00am- 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
