MTN brings to you customer services via WhatsApp messenger. According to a radio advert, you can now reach mtn customer care representatives via five (5) dedicated WhatsApp contact numbers. All the customer is to do to reach them is add any of the following numbers to their contact list and chat them up. 09033000001 09033000002 09033000003 09033000004 09033000005 My opinion: this might actually be a good move by mtn to de-congest the IVR systems (180 and co) already in place. But It would be the same old story if I have to wait hours before getting a response. What do you guys think? |

I just tried it nd it showed me one MTN logo as Their dp. Am still sceptical tho, maybe that's one of these yahoo boys. Nd they are offline now, are they out of MB or low BA3 |
