Waka4u, a start-up pickup and delivery brand is seeking to employ a suitable candidate for the position of a dispatch (pickup and delivery) rider in Port Harcourt.

Position: Dispatch Rider

Age: 23 – 35 years

Sex: Male

Job Summary

Successful candidate will be responsible for:
a) Pickup and deliver packages, documents, or food quickly.
b) Performing basic bike maintenance/routine checks.
c) Educating customers on the use of specified products.
d) Safe keeping of every package/property assigned to you.

Qualifications and Requirements
1. Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid license.
2. Must reside in Port Harcourt and have good knowledge of the road network in Port Harcourt.
3. Must be physically fit and agile.
4. Should possess charisma and a remarkable sense of professionalism.
5. Applicant rider should love riding and not see it as stress.
6. Must be polite and demonstrate excellent customer service.
7. Must be able to read, write, and speak good English.
8. Have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
9. Must be able to work flexible hours.
10. Must have good sense of personal hygiene.
11. Should possess a minimum qualification of SSCE.
12. Must be able to provide 2 guarantors.
13. Ready to work in all weather (adequate provisions will be made).
14. Any other related job assigned by the company
15. Basic bike maintenance knowledge is an added advantage.

Job Type: Part Time (4 days a week)
Salary: #15,000 - #20,000 Monthly
