what kind of document is that to drive a RHD? How much does it cost to get the document? is it as expensive as 200k to convert it and most importantly, is it legally recognised (then document that is)? all this can help a person determine what he wants to finally decide to do. your response will be appreciated.

@rockiedink, yes you can drive a rhd if you are a good driver , you could get a document which is next to nothing in terms of cash and yes,, people claim its lower than 200k,, but I would pay 200k for someone to change it perfectly if I was you,, I use a well known converter in Lagos, they sell for over 1.3m when converted,,, (its the real executive)

firstly I hear you could drive it for up to 6 months after clearing it but with authorised docs. besides if you link up with car dealers in Nigeria you could drive it with some dealers plates, I am a dealer but live abroad, If you know a NIgerian based dealer, just go see him,, goodluck

Anyway, so what you saying is that we buy a RHD car in 9JAR, drive it around for 6mths (with a document of cos) then after that get a 9JAR delear's plate/tag and drive the car around some more, Innit, Bandore?

the idea of a rhd is to convert it to lhd which would be cheaper than high street lhd. I never advocated driving rhd as the law says lhd, however whatever people choose is their taste,
