'Game of Thrones', HBO's international mega-hit
fantasy saga, returns to our screens on Sunday
night and, to celebrate, Goal considers what the
show might look like if it were cast exclusively by
footballers and their managers.
BEWARE! The night is dark and full of spoilers. If
you haven't seen seasons one to five of 'Game of
Thrones', read at your own risk!

1.ARSENE WENGER as STANNIS BARATHEON
Really ought to be king by now but repeatedly (and
fatally) undone by his own stubbornness.

2.LEICESTER CITY as DAENERYS TARGARYEN
Rising from the ashes of a seemingly dead house
to 'break the wheel' of the usual suspects'
bickering over the throne.
3.JURGEN KLOPP as TYRION LANNISTER
You might not love his team but you kind of have
to love him. Always has an amusing quote ready
to go.
4.RAVEL MORRISON as ARYA STARK
Full of promise as an innocent youngster but his
career path since those days has been a cause
for serious concern.
5.JOSE MOURINHO as PETYR 'LITTLEFINGER'
BAELISH
Came from nowhere and hobnobbed with the big
names until he became one himself. A master
manipulator who has a way with words but only
grows more sinister as the seasons pass. Keeps
being spotted all over the place. Nobody knows
what his next move will be but it'll likely have
huge ramifications.
6.LUKE SHAW as BRAN STARK
Still recovering from a serious injury. We haven't
seen him for a while but he's still probably the
next big thing.
7.CRISTIANO RONALDO as THE NIGHT'S KING
An improbably impressive physical specimen for
his age, driven by an otherworldly determination.
Unless you oppose him with an incredibly well-
organised defence, he will almost certainly
destroy you.
8.PEP GUARDIOLA as MARGAERY TYRELL
The good-looking schemer making a habit of
marrying into rich and powerful families.
9. ALEX FERGUSON as TYWIN LANNISTER
The old disciplinarian who might not always have
had everyone getting along but undoubtedly got
results. In his absence, the lunatics are running
the asylum and his legacy is falling apart.
