As part of giving back to the society, the current brand face of independence Nigeria 2015/2016 'Queen Cynthia Adinmah' celebrates her birthday in inspiring way as she led a campaign on the prevention and control of malaria to promote Africa health in Bayelsa state, she gave out over 10,000 (ten thousand) free mosquito nets to two different communities in the state, Kolo Ogbia and Bebelebri2 with also malaria test, free medical check-ups and free malaria drug to the less privileged families across the entire respective communities. '

Queen Cynthia Adinmah' expressed her resolve to inspire the African youth and other beauty queens across Africa the decision to give as much as possible, while encouraging the less privilege to overcome life’s hurdles, She stated the strategic aims to reduce malaria cases and deaths by 90% by 2020 from current levels in Africa.

She added that the “Effective tools to prevent and treat malaria already exist, but more funds are urgently required to make them available to the people who need them and to combat emerging drug and insecticide resistance”
She also hinted that the campaign is a chance to highlight the advances that have already been made in malaria prevention & control to commit continued investment and action to accelerate progress against this deadly disease.

'Queen Cynthia Adinmah' therefore remains the first Nigeria beauty Queen to have ever organized a campaign on her own without any support from organizations or government.
