A business consulting firm based in Lekki, Lagos is recruiting for the following position


Job Title: Enterprise Assistant

Salary Range: 50,000 – 60,000


Responsibilities:

1. Account management
2. Facilities management
3. Inventory management
4. Procurement
5. Supervision of support staff
6. Supervision of contractors and vendors
7. Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
8. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels
9. Organising, maintaining diaries and making appointments
10. Producing briefing papers, reports and presentations
11. Organising and attending meetings
12. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
13. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.
14. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail.
15. Maintain office filing and storage systems.
16. Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.


Qualifications and Requirements:

· The ideal candidate will have completed NYSC
· University degree / recognized equivalent
· The ideal candidate will have over two years (post NYSC) work experience with a strong sense of purpose and the ability to use initiative.
· An eye for detail
· Ability to use Microsoft office suite
· Ability to generate reports, data sheets, etc
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
