2. Am a student, so my environment favours it.

it should be a gradual process until your body is completely weaned of the drug ..as in...it is no longer in your system. One step at a time bro. Do not stop abruptly as your body is already used to it.
There is a thread for it somewhere here, search for it. It will offer more help. Take care.
