By following these steps; 1.After you have verified the Allocation land documents in their respective Area councils;you apply for change of name to your name with N10,000 only.an you wait for a maximum of 1week to collect change of Name doc alongside wit d original land doc 2. then you proceed with the processing of the document 4 certificate of ownership which cost N150,000 an it takes max of 2Months.3. then you proceed for AGIS Regularisation which it costs N45,000.an it takes max 1-2months.

This sound like an easy process. Guess what, I had a similar once that I had paid all the fees 4 years ago still never received all the necessary documents till date to develop.
