You can get anywhere, the price range are not too different. But how much is the volume of the business you are willing to do. Is it on a small scale or large? I think 50k is too small for a veg. oil business. That cannot buy you a tonne of veg. oil. Unless you want to be reselling in small bottles. Anyway i will advise you buying it from a refining company (if they will sell small quantity). There is one along Oshodi/Apapa expressway before mile 2. They deal majorly with veg. oil from palm kernel. Hope this helps.
