Hi mate, (I.S.P) means Internet Service Provider, So u need to check with your provider of internet about the problem your having with Facebook,

hmm, are you using internet explorer or firefox ?

If explorer then we suggest you reset your IE

here how:, caution ! this would erase your favourite history etc

Try and test if no joy then I"ll suggest you try dowloading other web browsers like firefox, netscape, opera just to mention a few, good luck

do you mean firefox wont work with facebook and secondly what happen when you try using it ?

ok, here we go,

To reset a preference to its default value or to remove an added preference, context-click (right-click) on the preference and select Reset. This would reset firefox to how it was on day 1, should be fine now

Can you please check to make sure your clock/date is set right, if no joy then I"ll suggest you switch off any 3rd party firewall not microsoft firewall. things like norton, zone alarm might be preventign facebook from opening, hope this works
