Whats the problem? I use one...

Volkswagen bora 2000 model
When engage on drive,it makes a sound but moves..this particular sound occurs mostly when drive or reverse gear position is applied.
Secondly.. The vehicle was parked for long,had to change the fuel pump for it to move swiftly, noticed smoking from the exhaust.
What are the manufacturer oil specification for both the engine and transmission?
What are the causes of the above faults and their solutions?
Please kindly advice correctly. Thanks

Sorry to say this, the manufacturer has forgotten the bora and can't remember what they did, please be observant, how many bora cars are still on the road? They are all parked somewhere.

Its a very cheap car to maintain, like i told u before, i have one. from what you've said, i can deduce that you have not been servicing it as at when due....
Engine oil spec is SAE 40
dont know about gear oil as mine is manual.
