JOB TITLE: Group Program Manager

REPORTS TO: Chief Technology Officer

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assume responsibility for creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented engineering problems, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards for diverse opportunities that achieve customer satisfaction:
- Using appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team; facilitating the completion of corporate requirements, client needs and market demands.
- Acts as the principal contact with the customers. Ensures that the proper definition of project requirements are provided to all parties by issuance of a Project Management Plan.
- Maintains overall responsibility to ensure performance meets schedule and cost budgets

- Ability to establish credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise and implementation
- Engage with prospects during the sales process, perform the initial assessment of their requirements, architect a solution and present and explain the solution to convert prospect to a customer
- Assess and document prospect system requirements aligning customer needs with our products & services
- Making customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships while meeting the company's needs.
- Design solutions that include technical strategy, implementation and support estimation, training, and project costs
- Clearly conveying information and ideas through technical demonstrations and a variety of media to individuals or groups both on-site and via webinars
- Maintaining stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as time pressure or job ambiguity); handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organization
- Analyzing, integrating, and using data to accurately diagnose business realities, identify key issues, and develop strategies and plans. Exhibiting sound business judgment and decision making skills that are recognized as authoritative which positively impacts company profitability
- Initiates and maintains extensive contacts with key officials of other organizations and companies, requiring skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
- Recommends and facilitates the personnel and funds required to carry out programs which are directly related with and directed toward fulfillment of overall organization objectives
- Perform other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer

WORK EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years in IT including project management, customer service, and solution design and delivery
- 4+ years of managing teams
- Develop internal company expertise in agile and SCRUM methodologies and software as a service solutions

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- A graduate, post graduate or doctoral degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or related major
- P.E. license preferred
- PMP Certification
