1. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)/Strategic Information assistantt, will support the M&E specialist to build and strengthen M&E and communication and sharing practices.

Qualifications for M&E Assistant

    * Degree with experience in public health, demography, epidemiology, health administration and/or programs
      Minimum of 4 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of health and/or programs
      Experienced designing strategic information and communication plans. Good working knowledge of descriptive and intellectual statistics.
      Strong qualitative and analytical skills and quality to communicate technical information clearly.
      Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access and at least one data management software program (SAS, SPSS).

2. The Pharmaceutical Manager will ensure efficient management of the supply chain for ARVs and other HIV related commodities for all NICaB project site.

Qualifications.

    * Degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification
      A minimum of 5 years experience in pharmacy and logistics management.
      Experience in the area of HIV/AIDS is an added advantage.
      Practical experience in health care related projects
      Strong computer skills, particularly with spread sheets
