Life on campus was so sweet to the extent that I even forgot about my main motive on campus until it dealt with me in a bad way……. When I got to the front of the hostel I met a lady way older than me also trying to locate his room, later on we discovered that we were roomies afterwards we dashed inside the room to arrange our things, I later asked for her name and she said Tonia so I told her my name also and later on I realized she just got admission after 4years of waiting.. Henry call me many times in a day, he takes me out frequently and he also loves making me smile with his jokes meanwhile he had not even propose to me, on a particular day we were both in the cafeteria and he suddenly fell down, everybody rushed towards him to lift him up and check what’s wrong, immediately they lifted him up he went down on kneels and did the unimaginable thing I never expected, in fact I never saw it coming.. he knelt down and brought a ring case opening it and asking me to be his girlfriend everybody were amazed at this and suddenly they all started shouting “say yes” this left me speechless so eventually I said yes… **back to reality** I no longer sleep in my hostel because I now stay alone, well I know you guys might be wondering about Tonia cos the last I thing I said about her was dat I was not able to reach her well that’s another story for another time.. staying alone seems boring to me and I was really happy about having henry in my life… later in the day I went over to henry’s place as usual I cooked waiting for him to return but I didn’t see him and it was already past 9 in the night this kept me worried so I tried his number it was ringing but he refused to answer it while I was still trying his number and wondering what happened he just barged and fell down in a pool of blood, this shocked me, when he fell down to the ground he told me to lock the door so I did as he said and I started taking care of the wounds on his body and left him to sleep… when he woke up in the morning I asked him what happened but all he did was to push me away and left the room angry, at first I thought I was dreaming but I realized he actually did that….. Is this the same henry I know? Is this the same scaring and loving guy I know? Does he truly love me? What is he hiding from me? What happened to him to yesterday? It was so certain that her so called new catch had used her for rituals or whatever was his plans….. When I saw her I fainted immediately and when I woke up in the hospital I busted into tears pitying Tonia …..Well on the other she deserved what happened because when her parents came to collect her body I found out her father is a mechanic and her mom is not dead she’s still hale and healthy.. Tonia is the type of girl that wants to fits into a society standard not meant for her…

**back to reality** While I was busy thinking, an incoming vehicle almost hit me, the driver of the vehicle came out and started shouting at me it was then we both realized we knew each other, actually the driver of the car was Mr. Owonikoko… immediately I saw him I just shunned him and went home angrily, when I got to my hostel which was a self-contain rented apartment, I met Henry in front my door… Cynthia: **shouting** what do you want Henry: am sorry dear I never meant to hurt you Cynthia: well you just did that, am a fool for falling you Henry: **kneels down** am so sorry dear Cynthia: I will forgive you on one condition Henry: what’s that baby I promise to tell you? Is this man going to fail me? Will he continue to disturb me about sex? He also gave me an invitation to his church the following Sunday which I promised to attend………… **Sunday morning** I got dressed and ready to attend pastor’s church… meanwhile his real name is john… on getting to john’s church he recognized me from afar and he was really happy that I showed up, john happened to be an usher in the church so he ushered me to one of the front seats…. When the pastor said if you’re a new member stand up for recognition I was planning not to stand up but john signaled to me to stand and later on I stood up and we were told to wait after the service to meet with the pastor…. **meeting with the pastor** The pastor introduced himself as Mr. Paul, something caught my eyes immediately I saw him… I was surprised that someone as spiritual as him could be handsome and sexy… I was like oh my lord of sexiness, pastor Paul was way sexy but later on the pastor saw me staring at him so he just winked back at me and this really gave a huge turn up in my head … towards the end of the meeting pastor Paul urged us to join one unit in the church so I decided to join the choir because I happened to have a beautiful tiny voice.. Meanwhile my aim of joining the choir was to get close to Pastor Paul and I think pastor Paul also knows what I was planning to do… Pastor Paul introduced me to their choir master who happens to be a normal looking guy so I just ignored him and he introduced me to the rest of chorister’s and told me the meeting days Cynthia: Pastor Paul stop, not here anybody can walk in Pastor paul: don’t worry it’s going to be a quick one Cynthia: be quick o I have rehearsals to go Suddenly brother john barges in and saw us………..
