It's the female voice pack. It should be around 30-40 something MB I suggest you download it.

If you don't want to download it, open the Google app in your phone, go to settings > voice > languages then uncheck all.

If you want to download it using your MB, open the Google app, go to settings > voice > Offline speech recognition (manage downloaded languages) . Switch to the Auto-update tab and select "Auto-update languages anytime"
Make sure to turn it back to WiFi only when you are done downloading if you don't want the thing stealing your MB in future.

Like I usually tell ppl, they're the same as long as they'll be used in Nigeria. No 6 has an additional 4G band which I'm not sure of the Nigerian network provider that uses it but definitely not MTN,9mobile, Glo, or "airtel"

Settings - Additional settings - Language and Input - Text to speech Engine - tap the settings icon beside Google Text to speech Engine - Install Voice data - English (United Kingdom) - then cancel the download.

Also, on the same page you have 'install voice data', tap 'settings for Google Text to speech Engine' and uncheck everything.
