You don't need SD card, else, you want to backup your files on it.

Just download to that folde. You CAN'T create another with same name!
As earlier said, you don't need SD card except for files backup if your PC is not accessible atm.

It's not miui official rom. You should check for update to your own rom. I think 8.5.8.0 is the current.
