Go to the security app( mostly hidden in tools folder) - Scroll down and click 'data usage' - Restrict data usage - then untick the apps you want to restrict. Take note, you can restrict apps from mobile data or WiFi or both.

I'm telling you, bought through him too and received it today. It just feels so good. Got the black colour, 4/64 RAM. There's an update waiting though, don't know if I should click it.

There is no way your available storage space will be exactly 32GB.
The OS and system apps have taken up some of the space already.
Have you ever seen a laptop with say 500GB coming with exactly 500GB free for file storage?

The same applies to phones.

Where you will see the real capacity of the ROM is under Settings>About phone.
