Please it's a big YES, copped one yesterday for $127. No better bargain at that price.Do have in mind you might not get frequent updates like redmi 5 plus would though, but it's a superb deal overall for that price point.

I really don't know, wished their services would be on par with what we were getting in 2016 though. 10-14days delivery from the day of payment.
