A private security organization has an immediate job opportunity for an experienced security manager with a background in security. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire activities of the operations team by ensuring we deliver credible services to our clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Applicant must be a graduate with minimum of Bsc.
Applicant must have worked in a security firm with at least 5years experience in the following departments - Operations, Protocol and Administration.
Applicant must be proficient in sourcing for clients and winning contracts.
Applicant must have good communication skills
Applicant must have ability to recruit guards/operatives effectively, efficiently and timely.
Applicant must know how to drive.
Applicant must have technical know-how of the industry standards

Role Responsibility:
Provide supervision to Area Supervisors (e.g., oversee customer relations, ensure Physical Security Surveys and post orders are updated regularly, review disciplinary actions for consistency and propriety).
Oversee the staffing and scheduling for security officers (e.g., review payroll and billing for accuracy).
Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality assurance and contract compliance.
