Sanches has been capped 42 times at youth level but has never featured for the national team. For a while now rumors had it that the red half of Manchester – Manchester United were on the heels of Renato Sanches (18), who just made his debut for Portuguese club Benfica this season. Currently they have been beaten by German Club, Bayern Munich to the signing of the young Portuguese for £28million which could rise to £36million based on add-ons and if Sanches is named in FIFA’s team of the year while he’s contracted to the Germans. Sanches move to Bayern Munich could mean Jose Mourinho’s protracted deal with Manchester United could be off, since both player and Coach are client of the Super agent – Jorge Mendes. Renato Sanches is the most expensive teenage football star after Anthony Martial (£56m) and Luke Shaw(£31) both of Manchester United.
