It's a brand new Computer and any change made to the computer void the warranty. So you have to change yourself. The only thing I can help you with is to order the RAM along the computer.
Moreover not every computer can be upgraded to 16GB RAM. Therefore you have to check the manufacturer website to see if the particular model can be upgraded to 16GB RAM.
