What did the person say the temp was during the said snow fall. Snow can only fall when the temp reaches freezing point. That is 0 degree Celsius. I do not think that temp was reached yesterday in jos.

It does not have to be 0C for it to snow even 5C can bring about snow if the conditions are right.
