Eminent Creators Children Theatre (ECCT) is an arm of Eminent Creators that deals strictly with Theatre for children. We are fully concentrated on messages that can reform and motivate the younger generation to do exploits.
Our main aim is to revive theatre culture in Nigeria and bring hope to future practitioners.


This competition seeks to provide an opportunity for young playwrights to come to the light and also create an online play text bank.


HOW TO APPLY:
This competition is open ONLY to students of Theatre or Performing Arts Departments in any Nigerian Institution.


1)   Write a thirty minutes play on any subject of your choice. (multiple entries are allowed).
2) Pay the sum of five hundred naira (#500.00) PER ENTRY to any Gtbank branch next to you,

2)   Attach the bank draft and a clear copy of your departmental i.d (back and front) and a short profile about yourself.
3)   Send entry to eminentcreators1@gmail.com with the subject of the mail bearing the title and type of play. E.g Play, Comedy.


Only one play will be selected per acting season (except otherwise stated).
The playwright whose play is selected will be performed by children in ECCT.  He/she will be provided accommodation and a bus fare (to and fro) from any part of the country on the opening night of the show.
