Do not lose it. -A message containing your login username and password will be sent to the email address and phone number, you provided. On the E-portal, click on “Application form” to complete the registration process, using the login credentials that was sent to you. -Complete all fields and submit form. -A confirmation message will be sent to your email address, you are advised to print out the confirmation message and come along with it to the exam center
