Mtn Removes Recently Rolled Out Night Plans And 1 Year Plans by Nobody: 6:36pm On May 17, 2016
Since the beginning of this May 2016, MTN has released about 4 different data packages referred to as MTN Surprise, Due to the competition between mtn and other networks.
The new mtn night plans and 1 year plans were removed.
I guess they figured out they made a rash decision.

Check out the too good to be true night plans and the over rated 1 years plans.

The mtn #25 for 500mb still works.
Send NIGHT to 131.

But I think mtn has started charging more data like airtel.

I noticed too
Been trying to subscribe for 2days now and it keeps saying invalid MMI.

But I think they are just working on those plans .. May be they will bring them back later.

In simple calculation using the N300K for 1000gb(1tb) a year

300000naira ÷ 365 days = 821.91781 approximately 822naira per day

1000gb ÷ 365 days = 2.739726 i.e 2.7gb per day

Therefore 822naira for 2.7gb everyday.

Do u guys think the price is fair?

I don't get these telkos, u rol out a plan, people get to know, next thing they remove it, is it that they did not do proper analysis before rolling out the plan or what. Same thing airtel did.

I've been using MTN data plans for 3 years and i have never noticed them zapping data above normal rate. I always check my data usage on my phone and it always correlates with the amount of data the network says i have used.
