It is very easy to fall into the delusion and mindset where we talk and talk and give counsel, preach and teach and even raise the dead. Oh how wonderful it is being a vessel through which the power of God flows to a scattered and helpless generation. That feeling you get when you first pray for the sick and he recovers, lay hands on the people and they fall under the anointing, or maybe like Jesus your saliva opens the eyes of the blind... Beautiful... What an achievement and track record. I indeed celebrate you sir for you are indeed a man/woman of great exploits.

But this is my burden, I always bear in mind one profound statement made by Jesus Christ our Lord. I hope He is your Lord and not just your saviour alone. Jesus said "depart from me ye workers of iniquity". This brings mind to this... Who was Jesus talking to?... Then I discovered it was the "MOGs" ... If you think am joking, read Matthew 7:21-23.

But why will Jesus tell MOGs to depart from Him, didn't they perform miracles, cast out devils, do things that send chills down your spine. Then I discovered what really matters to God. Its our surrender and obedience to Him, bearing fruits and the formation of Christ in you. He cares more about what He does IN you than through you. This therefore means that the miracles you work is not a measure of your faithfulness to God, or your maturity. Act 20:28 says to us to take heed to ourselves first.

Am not writing this piece to condemn you but rather to wake you up before you sear your conscience and harden yourself. How do I mean you may ask, I will explain. On Sundays you talk about Heaven, hell, grace and mercy and in the evening you fall into the temptation of lying, then you ask for mercy and obviously God will forgive you because Jesus has paid the price already.

On Tuesday you minister to the sick and they receive their healing and at night you fall into the temptation of sexual immorality and now you are scared to mount the altar on Wednesday, but because you have to, you quickly Repent feeling "God should not strike you down"... Lol... But God is gracious you know. Now to your greatest surprise as you begin to preach, the anointing comes on you and the power of God flows.


Awesome you say, and then you get back home and begin to think, wow God's power still flowed despite my failure............. NEXT WEEK you do it again and God's power still flows. Now my wonderful MOG doesn't care about the pornographic films he watches at night, the masturbation, lies, fornication, drunkenness, because GOD'S POWER WILL STILL FLOW ON WEDNESDAY TO HEAL THE SICK AND RAISE THE DEAD and sooner than very soon you fall into the delusion that God doesn't care about your spiritual hygiene, and your purity since on Wednesday the anointing will flow again.

MOG WAKE UP!!! God did not call you to live a dirty life. He loves you to much to watch you shoot yourself in the leg. Wake up and AWAKE TO RIGHTEOUSNESS... GOD LOVES YOU, AND I LOVE YOU TOO.
