ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tin milk(Olympic is what used)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavour or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- oil

method of preparation
- separate egg white from yolk, beat egg white until its all foamy, the beat yolk separately for a min
- mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder into a bowl, add milk and mix, add egg white mix ,add yolk and mix
- add a table spoon of oil in it and mix
- place a not stick pan on the fire, pour oil in it just to make the pan greasy. you can use a cooking spray if available
- pour mixture into pan and allow it spread holding up the handle of the to control it or use a plastic spatula to spread it. after a min turn if its brown enough then allow the other side to get brown too
- repeat same process with the remaining
- if u have a mould/shape cutter place on the pancake and cut out, serve with whip cream,jam, honey or whatever u desire.

NB
- you can add nut meg, pepper, grounded cumin or coconut flakes
- fry on a medium heat
