RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT Ref 01/5/03001 Job Title: Team Lead, Call Centre (experienced) Length of contract: Permanent position (after probation of 1 year) Location of job: Lekki, Lagos Company background: A foremost indigenous company into road transportation. We are a company driven towards creating an environment where customer-centric young minds apply themselves creatively, using technology to proffer solutions to our esteemed customers. Summary of role: As a result of transformation in our organization, we are now seeking to engage more hands in our customer care department to handle enquiries, solve customers’ problems in record time and generally promote the image of the company through efficient service delivery. Criteria Applicants must possess minimum 2 years call centre experience 1-year experience as a team lead Essential criteria Social media skills; excellent spoken and written skills; Problem solving ability, leadership abilities; Meticulous and good time management skills. Preference may be given to applicants who are male. Desirable criteria: Pleasing personality, customer-centric, good use of Microsoft Excel, analytical and comfortable with numbers.
