Enough talk, here's a sample script that can do what you need. I use this code logic on some of my projects.

You can change the value of $message to your custom mail design or you can simply customize and use the one i provided because it is free. All you have to do is to save the code as a php file, e:g, mailer.php and ftp it to a live server then run it.. for example if i upload this file to the root folder at http://www.sakososms.com , then to send the mail all i have to do is to go to http://www.sakososms.com/mailer.php. (yours should be http://www.yourdomain.ext/path/to/file)

Note: Sending alot of mails at once to a number of email addresses could add you to their servers blacklist or put your mails in their spam box. Be careful, it is not sensible to send 100mails at once, you should rather send mails to 1 - 100,000 people or more at intervals.
