Very ugly designs with the same old school pillars and ugly roofs. Color combination is zero. Nothing contemporary about those designs.Go back to the drawing board. Nigerians like to copy everything blindly. If you want to build contemporary ,do it all the way .Look at the pics below , Do you see any ugly pillars on that stairs? Do you see any Victorian chair and furniture in that house? Even the house below uses modern rectangular pillar. You can tell that its not Nigeria. Nigerians need to focus on class and quality productions .
you should show urban people wearing t shirt and jeans or dress shirts and suit not that ugly man with agbada .

Yes he is ugly because he's wearing a big unnecessary agbada with his big pot belly. What concerns agbada with modernity or contemporary designs.It's just like a European wearing an old medieval fashion or a japanese dressing with robes in this modern world .Why do Africans like to hold on to backward methods - Class and elegance is zero. He should dress like a modern man . Tell him to also lose the belly fat. Say no to mediocre

So English dressing is modern while others are outdated. Maybe you should add those young with sagging trousers as sign of modernity
