DESCRIPTION

TyCigs is a leading distributor of e-Cigarette’s and e-Shisha in Nigeria and we are looking for a Sales Representative in Abuja/PH and their environs to join our team.

Customer Support

- Follow up with customers who’ve purchased our products, requesting feedback and reviews about the product, which would help us improve variety, quality and packaging of products.

Company Representative – Rivers State, Nigeria.

- Visit each stockist once weekly to:

o Assess product sales
o Collect stock and sales records.
o Book activations or place promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with existing retailers for our products with the aim of:

o Achieving maximum sales and exposure of our stock and merchandise at their retail locations.
o Ensuring we’re the sole / major supplier of electronic cigarettes at their stores.
- Collection of cheques and chasing of payments at retailers stocking our products in a timely manner.

o Target is to collect payments no more than 2 months after stock has been supplied.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through:

o New branches of existing retailers.
o New retailers (including, but not limited to supermarkets, bars, lounges, and online stores).
- Book and coordinate Promotional Activities at retail locations and other events.

New Retail Location Sales

- Pursue sales of our products at any of the following retailers:

o Bars & lounges.
o Supermarkets.
o Hotels
o Pharmacies
Payments

1. Fixed monthly payment – N35,000

a. Monthly transportation budget: N20,000
2. Bonus & Commission

a. New customer acquisition – 10% of first order value, when it has been fully paid.
b. Salary Increase:
i. N2,500 for each new lounge, hotel or small supermarket location we stock.
ii. N5,000 for each new mid – large supermarket or pharmacy location branch we stock.
3. Targets

a. At least one new retail customer / stockists every month.
b. At least N0.5 million in non-SOR (sales on return) sales / supplies every month.
