We have the following vacancies:

REGIONAL SALES SUPERVISOR (RSS):
1. Manage all TSS in his/her Region.
2. Train & Retrain all TSS in his/her territory as often as required
3. Create a Whatsapp Group for daily reporting of TSS .
4. Provide Daily performance report to the MFS Regional Coordinator & Head Office
5. Provide Weekly performance report to the MFS Regional Coordinator & Head Office
6. Liaise with the Top image Regional Coordinator for update on new TIA agent locations.
7. Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire sales team within the region
8. Ensure all Sales agents accounts are funded always
9. Provide weekly report to head office on locations where TIA retail agents are required for sustainability of new customers on boarded.

TERRITORIAL SALES SUPERVISOR (TSS):
1. Manage all sales agents in his/her Territory.
2. Train & Retrain all sales agents in his territory as often as required
3. Create a Whatsapp Group for daily reporting of field activations.
4. Provide Daily Report to the Regional Coordinator
5. Provide Weekly report to Regional Coordinator
6. Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire team.
7. Escalate all issues to the Regional Sales Coordinator
8. Provide Weekly Route Map to include routes along the Top Image Retail Agent locations.

TEAM LEAD (TL):
1. Manage all sales agents in his/her Team.
2. Ensure team resumes & closes at designated Retail Agent location daily.
3. Train & Retrain all sales agents in his/her team as often as required
4. Create a Whatsapp Group for daily reporting of field activations.
5. Provide Daily Report to the Territory Coordinator
6. Provide Weekly report to Territory Coordinator
7. Ensure all new product information is cascaded to the entire team.
8. Escalate all issues to the Territory Coordinator
9. Provide Weekly Route Map to include routes along the Top Image Retail Agent locations.
10 Also function as a Sales Agent.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Regional Sales Supervisor (RSS): HND / BSc. (in any field); Master's degree is an added advantage

3. Team Lead/Sales Agent: SSC and HND/BSC./OND/NCE in any field
