manager.

• Minimum of one (1) year working experience circulating a newspaper/magazine

• Excellent communication skills

• Existing relationships with newspaper agents and vendors

• Ability to work without supervision

• Excellent Administrative Skills and good knowledge of Human Resources management.

• Able to relate to others and use interpersonal skills to achieve desired result
