Anger as one of the human emotions is one that should be avoided or at the least curbed because of its attending consequences that are mostly unpleasant.

But the question is anger or been angry a totally bad state of the mind? Is a man’s foe or can it be a friend? Well, personally, I feel like every other of our passions or emotions anger should not be over indulged in, in fact the lesser the better for it mostly lead to destruction of self and those around us.

Anger is a serious foe both to ourselves and our society that we beam a reflection of who we are.

Anger is like holding a live coal in your palm with the intention of throwing it at another, you only end up burning your palm and embittering your mind.

It's not something worth entertaining since it's bitterness stings like a scorpion and robs you of you Peace of Mind...

Peace of mind is so precious to be lost over something as useless as anger
