Topaz Couture is looking for a fashion office administrator/receptionist to handle its https://socialglamup.com operations initiatives. You must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic.

You will be handling the following Duties:
• You will be meeting and greeting all the buyers.
• Sending out samples and receiving all samples/ deliveries
• Office Admin and all front-of-house responsibilities
• Collects and prepares the merchandise
• Preparing annual reports and budgets
• Entering data into applications
• Handling paperwork
• Handling telephonic queries
• Drafting cheques, invoices, and receipts
• Dispersing petty cash
• Sorting and distributing office mail
