Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there.

Daily reflections

The Lord has proven that he will never abandon us. The extent you cling to God is the extent you will hang on him. The more faith you have in God, the more miracles will come. Don't lose your trust in God because the more you trust him,the more he will respond to you. He said in the book of 1kings 17:1-6(The more you trust God,the more God will respond to you). When the king of Israel in the Bible apostatized and brought Baal into Isreal in place of God and made the people to worship Ball, the Lord sent Elijah to declare that there will be no more rain in the land and he did so and when he finished the annocement.God said to him, 'leave here,turn eastward and hind in the Kerith Ravine, easT of Jordan. "You will drink from the brook and I have ordered the Ravens to feed you there"(1kings17:3-4) Don't forget this "When God gives you a command he already made a provision for you. There are times that the command might be so hard for you to do and in the eyes of men,it seems impossible and not logical. All you need at that moment is to put faith in God and trust him. if God can provide for Elijah with a bird called Raven, he can also provide for you. God loves all his children and have plans for them. He will not abandon you.
