Job Title:       Business Development Associate
Location:       Lagos regional frontline
Position reports to:       Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose Summary: This position was created to assist in pushing company services to market

Key Responsibilities
• Pursuing internally generated sales leads to target clients
• Establishing new client relationships and managing ongoing ones
• Communicate client needs to management
• Interface with client personnel (regardless of level) with confidence, professionalism, integrity and transparency
• Create sales proposals using company templates, frameworks and standards

Skill and Experience Requirements
• Demonstrable ability to meet sales quotas
• Strong understanding of client relationship management best practices
• Strong communication (written and spoken), teaming, analytical and people skills
• Ability and willingness to travel 100%
• A large network of professional and personal contacts

Education Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in any field
