Don't let the price of fresh tomatoes frustrate you .. Opt for carrot .. Blend ur carrot, fresh pepper,Big ball pepper(Red) and onion all together. Fry them as u would with the fresh tomatoes. Add ur tin tomato sauce. And thank me later .. Remember to boil the carrot a little to soften before blending. Enjoy 1 Like
